Vladimir Badalyan is a 15-year-old DP student from Armenia. His hobbies include literature, math, playing the trumpet, programming and gaming. He wants to study an economics degree.

This talk is about how technology can help people with serious disabilities, in particular, deafblindness. Vladimir presents a new website that will help deafblind people to read books using the vibration of the electronic device. The website isn’t fully ready yet, it’s only a website prototype.
